On 15th August PM will announce about 6th PC implementation

Some website says that 6th pay commission will be effective from 01.01.2008. It will be ridicules to cut the arrears of two year in the fear of extra burden on Indian economy in the name of high inflation rate. This is not confirmed yet.

There is high possibility that PM will announce about the time line of implementation of 6th pay commission report. It is more likely that the modified 6th pay commission report will go to 13th finance commission and government will ask them to finish the analysis before 31 October 2008.

Now government's aim is to bring the date of implementation as near as general election date or delay it till inflation rate will be down.

So now, you can expect some new latest news of sixth pay commission on 15th august. Amidst all uncertainty, it is sure that Central government employee will get revised pay before the voting date of general election !!

More delay in implemetation of the Report will lead to additioanl burden. Why the schdule was not structure in such a way that no arrears accrue?

Has inflation delayed the revision of any other pay revision including of political bosses

literally government employees are getting screwed day by day. be it be due to inflation, delay in revised pay and now non-payment of arrears.

Naveen said...

it is rediculous to say that payment of arrears will be burden on indian economy. It will be shame for the UPA Govt. When they can waive farmers loan amounting to around 67,000 crores, what is the problem to give us the rightful amount. Moreover, UPA govt. is making huge profits thru SEZs, if they can sacrifice one SEZ's profit, i think that will suffice our need for arrears from 1.1.2006

As per the order constituing the 13th Finance Commission "The recommendations of the commission will cover five years from April 1, 2010. Its report is expected by October 31, 2009." I fail to understand how the commission can be involved in implementation of 6th Pay Commision Report. Yes, 13th FC may be asked to workout the impact of Pay commission for the period from April , 2010 to March 31, 2015.

What a finance minister we have. He has not provided for the major expenditure for the implementation of Sixth pC in the Budge and now harping on various ideas to defer the implementation. Really unfair.

The U P A Govt. should implement the sixth pay commission reportin a modified manner as suggested by National Confederation Of Central Govt. Employees & Workers .It is the responsibility of the govt.to avoid further delay. Govt.should implement pay revision without the left. Any discussion with the leaders of the left unions will help the left leaders to claim their role in implementing the pay revision

Central Govt. by delaying the 6th CPC report implimentation is actually harming its prospect in forth coming elections. Govt. has made the employes life miserable with the delay. Iflation is already taken its toll. I appeal the Govt. to implement it at the earliest also pay arrears from 1.1. 2006. It is not the employes fault for the delay so why they should suffer?

It is redeculous to say that the payment of arrears will be additional burden to the Indian economy. The provisions for Pay Commission as well as payment of arrears are very much there. Now the politicians are trying to use it as election manifasto. For their political advantages, the pay commission is being delayed and so many ifs and buts are being added to the implementation report which is really unfair. Infaltion has already crossed 12% and most of the government employees are managing themselves by taking loans from here and there with the hope that after getting the arrears of the pay revision the loans can be repaid. Now due to the news of non receipt of any arrears, the position of the government employees (specially Group 'D' employees) may like the farmers of vidarbha.

Government is very keen to fix election dats rather than announcing pay commission report. Poor staff is taking highest risk in dragging their life to meet their day to day needs.

Central Govt. by not implementing the 6th CPC report is actually harming its prospect in forth coming elections as no central govt employee will give any vote to the UPA govt. Govt has made the employes life miserable with the delay. Iflation is already taken its toll. I appeal the Govt. to implement it at the earliest also pay arrears from 1.1. 2006. It is not the employes fault for the delay so why they should suffer? Why the politicians are playing with the Policies of government? If the implementation is not w.e.f.1.1.2006, then all the central govt employees will go on national strike

Pay commission report should come soon if there is any delay intentionally from Govt. then all Central Govt. Unions and Railway should be gone on indefinite strike. All unions should be taken immediate steps to pressurize the Govt because all the comments are showing that the govt. is delaying the report intentionally.

if the govt. thinks they will be able to draw political benefits in the next elections by delaying implementation of spc till date of election, they will have to pay a heavy price for it.what is legitimate demand should be given without expectations.

will we get our pay commission recommodation clearance for implmentation?

why all are bothered about paying to central govt. The govt. regularly revises the pay scales of Bank employees and Public sector employees. Only when it comes to Govt. servants it wants the implication of financial burden on the country & state Govts. State govts. should pay according to their finance. Bad precedence was done earlier by consulting state govts. and adopting the same scale for them also and central govt. compensating the states for a period. If it does not want to give salary let it abolish all the posts and run with only IAS & IPS officers, who are considered the best in the country by all and sundry.

all the central govt employees are making noise loudly about the implementaion of 6pc. I wonder why the railway people are not making noise about this. I remember in oldn days of 5pc they made much noise about pc. But this time they were not making? Is this the jadoo of laloo or the main leaders voice are taken care by the govenment.

if we calculated the expenditure of each MP and other political leaders the arrears calculated are peanuts before this. Why the government is each time calculating the burden money, which is the right and hardend money of every CG, which the UPA govt has to pay

Please all CGs rise your voice for your own money i.e., arrears. We are not begging the govt. but we are asking our justified salaries.

There is proverb in hindi " ....ke deve chappal ki puja" like this all CG should unite and show our power to UPA govt in coming elections

I can only say that our condition is La misarable.Let us think when only one hour discussion is sufficient to increase their allowance nearly double then why it takes two & half years to implement sixth pay commission. My advise to UPA Govt.dont play with fire,Mrs Gandhi had same experience after 1974 Rly strike.

The so called intellectuals are always against the Government employees . Their columns are going to establish that the implementation of the 6th cpc will definitely fuel the inflation out of control. This argument will be repeatedly circulated among the people ( voters) in such a way that general Indian psyche minus the Central Govt. Employees , will go against the CPC . And the Govt. will defer the implementation day after day and week after week . While it will antagonise the Central Govt. employees , it will definitely make others who outnumber the former happy .

Implementation of 6th pay commission report from 1-1-2006will not be a burden, if govt can unearth the illegally acquired money from politicians and top officials. If proper raids are conducted and recovered it will be more than enough to meet the requirements of farmers and arrears for govt employees

what is going on, in this ministry, they are not able implement the spc
than what their going to help SGE and other our country people
it seems ministry and MPs they are looking ofter their position and next Gen. election, if they are thing like this, the next election definetly can see the result.I hope govt must take action on spc for implementation. and retirement age must 62years and who are joined 1/1/2004 who are all must get pension.
hope result will get on 62nd independentday augest 15.2008.

We the low paid employees are very eager to hear a good news from the PM on 15 August. Hope it will not suffer us anyway. We do not understand why the UPA Govt. making delay in implementing the revised pay commission report submitted by K N Chandrasekhar, Secretary even after winning trust vote. It is sure that if the Govt. delayed it then we become compel to kept them out of chair.

The media has already announced that govt employees salaries will be three times. This has resulted the cost of all the things shooting. The inflamation is beyond controle. Why the person will like the government job, as in private cmpanies, they are paid handsomely. Non implimentation/ delaying of spc will worsen the future prospects of the UPA as govt employees seem to be more intelligent than farmes.

Govt. should noy try to befool central Govt. employees. price hike is a global problem today and Central Govt. employees should not be punished for this . people are aware of the global economy change and it's on the part of the govt. to give justice to the Govt. employees. 6th pay commission be implemented w.e.f.01.01.2006 with arrears. political parties should remember that in last 12 years since 1996, how many times they have revised their pay and package. people understands every thing. it is better option for the govt. to release the pay commission as early as possible ans pay arrears to Central govt. employees to make a supportive tempo in its favour

Pay Commission delay is not the responsibility of employees. If any delay occurs on the part of the employee on his day to day working, the employee is chargesheeted for the delay. So, the 6th Pay Commission should be implemented as early as possible and the arrears given with effect from 1.1.2006.

All are requested to protest for the implementation from 1.1.2006.

These politicians are so selfish that they have implemented salary hike for themselves immediatly. Also they are earning money from all possible illegal sources hence they dont realise the need of SIXTH PAY COMMISION.Politicians give money to farmers because they are vote banks ,they give money to minorities because they are vote bank ; but we employees are not vote banks so we are not given importance.

WHATS THE FAULT OF EMPLOYEES ,WHY SHOULD THEY SUFFER FOR OTHERS MISTAKE .

INSTEAD THEY SHOULD BE PAID WITH INTEREST SINCE JAN 2006.

IF NOT GIVEN THEN WE ALL SHOULD PROMISE TO OUR SELF NOT TO BRING THIS GOVERMENT AGAIN ,AS IT CAN ALSO SELL THE COUNTRY FOR ITS OWN SELFISH REASONS .

SPECIALLY CONCERNED ABOUT ALL THE EMPLOYEES RELATED TO SECURITY OF COUNTRY ,IF THEY ARE SUFFERING IT MEANS THEY ARE LEAST RESPECTED FOR THEIR NATION, WHT IF THEY DENY TO WORK FOR THE GOVERNMENT AND COUNTRY. AS THEIR PAY COMMISSION IS DELAYED AND DENIED.

HOPE NOT SOMETIME THESE MINISTERS WILL SAY WE DON'T HAVE FINANCES TO INVEST IN SECURITY OF NATION.

ASK PEOPLE WHO HAVE SUFFRED AND FACED TERRORIST ATTACK .

The delay in implementation of the 6th Pay Commission on one pretext or other is causing utmost difficulty to the commoner for meeting the day to day needs due to rise in price of essential commodities owing to steep inflation.

The GOI is dragging their feet over SPC. First a Pay commission was set up under chairmanship of a retired SC Judge, then COS was looking into its anomolies. Now it is rumoured that 13th Finance commission will examine the impact of SPC on the economy in general and on fiscal health of the GOI. What prevents the GOI to set the terms of reference to SPC initially?.This is how our Govts' both central and states are planning for growth and welfare of masses. When GOI is resorting to adhoc measures like this ,what can we say about our fate. It is the primary duty of GOI to look after the welfare of its' employees. we,the central employees, are not someone asking for alms.we seek our legitimate dues after a decade.I hope and pray good sense will prevail on the powers that be to grantwhat is just and right.

Yesterday we came to know that a news is circulated from some Union of some central govt. department which says that we shall draw Sep,2008 pay in Rvised pay scale . No details is yet known to me .

Anybody heard this ?

In a country which calls Mahatma Gandhi as the "Father of the Nation". A person who could move masses, and without any violence could bring the British empire to its knees. It is no big task for us to wake up the political masters. I would second what Mr kuppuswamy has said-- Let us pray that good sense prevails. Can we all think of sending roses to the person concerned?

In this country Justic is a thing which we have to take by fight only. There is nothing like democracy, always these incumbent people use double standards.
This ruling Govt is in power from the first day of independence(only for some year it was out of power). And see the condition of country. Not any part of country is feeling high moral. This P. Chidambaram is alone enough to dig the graveyard for this Congress. I will never think to vote this party.

Govt is nothing but adding the burden of arears on its own, the more delay will impact more burden on govt budjet. Unfortunately govt has not delayed the implementation of pay hike and arears/ Perks to all MPs, Minister, and President of India. Their scales were revised and arears paid in a month, Then why there is a hitch for central govt employees. Govt should rethink for early revision of pay scales.

What my request is to implement 6th CPC have to be implement from 1st January 2006 onwards.

Because, they have money to increase all MPs and Ministers salary and wages and facilitation things.

They have provided money to survive poor farmers in our country.

In last BJP Government, they already cut the pension benefits for the new govt. servants. Now they want to save the country by cutting arrears of Govt. servants. Kindly remind one thing. All government servants are getting salary revision every ten years only. Even, they didn't get interim relief because of they believe on 6th cpc implementation dreams.

So, what Krishna Commission recommendations & conditions, they have to follow and implement it.

Sixth Pay Commission Report
There are so many scales of Pay and Pay bands are doing rounds.Initially a commission was set up under the learned supreme court judge which took a long time to submit a report. Then a committee of secretaries (COS) and it is now rumoured thatthis was also referred to 13th Finance commission to study the impact on fiscal deficit of the GOI and economy in general. Since I am in govt. service for the past 30 years,I know the Govt. is not planning anything properly in advance and implement the same. Is the Govt. not aware of the financial implications of the SPC when it was constituted? In India, everything is done on adhoc basis and not on sound principles. People with powerful voices and vested intersts got what they want. Even this is the case with the various sections of govt. employees some getting more benefits from one after another Pay commissions. I am regrtting my decision to join the Govt. service which is looked down as unworthy service for intellectuals except of course Civil servants. my colleagues who were not got selected by the service commissions are better off in every respect be that in status or in financially. A day will come when no one except mediocre will join the govt service to be run by unscrupulous politicians

The 6th pay commission recommendations must be effective from 01.01.2006. It is infact the failure of any Govt. not to give the due right to its own citizens. Everything they should not weigh in the political balance. Had there been General Election in May, 2006, then 6th Pay commission would have given its report and had been implemented w.e.f 01.01.2006. Now why because of General elections in 2009 and failure of Govt. authorities to revise pay after 10 years, the effective date should be postponed?. The Govt. must realise the genuine right of its very own people if it really understands Definition of Democracy in the right spitit i.e " Govt of the people, Govt For the people and Govt by the People.", so UPA please bring your derailed things on right track and honour the rights of Indians.

Excellent post elcetion declaration by the PUPPET prime Minister Mr Manmohan Singh Soina Gandhi . I was shocked to hear the speach of the puppet PM . I do mot think Mr Manmohan Singh has any house here in INDIA only thingh he has is CHAIR and Mrs Sonia Gandhi ji .

Yeh desh ka durbhagya hai ki ek pardhan mantri ko sirf kursi ki chinta hai na ki desh main faili mehangai aur bharashtachar ki .

Supreme Court ke JUDGE ne sahi kaha hai " IS DESH KA TO RAM BHI BHALA NAHI KAR SAKTE "

As far as the pay commission is concerned Army has been taken care off but what about those young forces ( Army / Navy/ Airforce and para military forces defending the borders of the country without proper clothing , good food and better quality weapons and amunitation .

The white collor men who made the Pay Commission report never been to the forward positions none of thm know what hardships men in uniform face when the rival Pakistani army opens fire .

Sir I must say lot has been done for the armed forces but its just a little bite for those people who loose their youth for defending the nation as comapred to the white color people . Goverment , plotiicians and nation must remember that armed forces people are the most humble people in this country who are called by their own people as MAD . No one remembers that it is these mad men who make then sleep peacefully in their homes while face the hardships of High Altitude mountains , deserts , forests and sea borders .

Mr Primeminister you must also concentrate upon more benifits of amrmed forces and of course honesty in the INDAN services ( Both defence and civil ) above all and most IMPORTANT is make your politicians honest and nationalists do not allow people who are facing charges of graft , crime and other type to enter parliament or legislative assamblies
