sixth pay commission report is going to approve on 14th August by Cabinet

Today on 13th august, 2008 In PM office, at discussions, it is decided that sixth pay commission report is going to be approved by cabinet on 14th august, 2008. PM is going to give more information about 6th pay commission on 15th august.

It is expected that all the doubt about revised sixth pay commission report by COS will be cleared tomorrow.

On 15th August PM will announce about 6th PC implementation

Some website says that 6th pay commission will be effective from 01.01.2008. It will be ridicules to cut the arrears of two year in the fear of extra burden on Indian economy in the name of high inflation rate. This is not confirmed yet.

There is high possibility that PM will announce about the time line of implementation of 6th pay commission report. It is more likely that the modified 6th pay commission report will go to 13th finance commission and government will ask them to finish the analysis before 31 October 2008.

Now government's aim is to bring the date of implementation as near as general election date or delay it till inflation rate will be down.

So now, you can expect some new latest news of sixth pay commission on 15th august. Amidst all uncertainty, it is sure that Central government employee will get revised pay before the voting date of general election !!

Natural justice has been thrown to bay of Bengal while fixing pay scales to postal class three employee and all the demands and requirements which has required sympathy has clutched and washed away.The abnormal justice for postal class three people who rendered land marked service as reserve trained pool postal assistants for more than 5 years since 1981 to 1986 service has not counted for any thing giving a room to cheating under law preview.

At leasts the Govt of India should act in accordance with supreme court judge-ments on the specific topic and to implement the same on par with departmental promotes in the postal department who had gained the same.

Never late to implement the justice on orphan, never show the love, intimacy to officer cadres as the machinery is operating.

This pay commission is purely for officers cadre no new to clerk except to bear extra burden. Justice required.

Possiblity of change of 6th CPC report

It is not hidden now that sixth pay commission report is completely rejected by 98% of government employees. Sixth pay panel was required to renew and improve pay scales, but main work done by 6th CPC is introduction of "pay bands" (without much improvements in salary).

Just imagine how IAS got the best out of the 6th CPC ranging basic pay from Rs 39000 to 67000 while all the officers right from entry to seniors are placed in Rs 15600 to 37000. What does it indicate?

Government wants people supports in next election. There is high probability that Sixth pay commission report will be modified to satisfy large number of people.
