cabinet meeting for SPC after 22 july

6th pay commission report was not in the agenda of the Cabinet Committee meeting on 11th July 2008. Government's only concern now is about saving the government from the motion of confidence at parliament on 22th July. If UPA fails in parliament, SPC report will be discussed only after the formation of new government.

You can expect any new news about 6th pay commission and new pay information only after 22nd July.

Not a single political party is opposing the worst recommendation by Committee of Secretaries (CoS) or original 6th pay commission report.

This was quite evident, UPA should get the vote of confidence and then waste no further time.I wish every one all the best.

If the pay commission is not implemented before election it will be advantages to all other parties except congress. All partied except congress will make it as one of election agenda. Employees will never forgive congress for negative treatment regarding pay commission. Even congress sympathiser employees may vote against congress. An ardent supporter of nuclear deal (central governemtn employee) also may think twice before voting.

The fifth CPC was implemnted in 7/1997. As such, the sixth CPC is over due. Whatever delay happened is not due to the mistake of employees. But the UPA is trying to presnt it as an election bananza and gift of UPA. Time and again, they are testing the patience of the employees. Because of the growing selfishness, nobody is intesrested in trade union activities. Every hopes others to fight for their cause and bring the benefits for them also. So the collective power of employees has weakened.

One can imagine the condition of honest common government employeee. On the one hand market forces compelling him to buy less. On the other hand, Government is increasing Housing Loan installments by increasing CRR. But mum on Pay Commission. It seems that the government is engrossed very badly with Nucl. Deal / Left / Saving the Government that none other common man is visible.

SORRY PEOPLE,bad news. There is a speculation that implementation of CPC has been postponed.Interim relief will be paid now.Is it true?

"I think if an opinion poll is conducted about the pay panel report even 10% of the govt.employees will not be happy with this report. Even because of this unpopular finance minister the congress party will loose a major chunk of votes from the govt.employees. We got a finance minister who even not bothered to give an interim relief even after such a record inflation rate near to 12%" I can bet that P.CHIDAMBARAM will loose from his home constituency Sivaganga for his action against common man and the working class. If the pay commission in it's present form is accepted nodoubt even a single govt.employee will never vote for the congress.

There was news paper report after budget that there was no money allocated for pay revision. Is the finance ministry trying to delay the pay commission implementation till next budget. objection, discussions and commiteees it can be prolonged as long as it is needed to be prolonged.

Its outrageous to see the various political parties trying to get the cake into their hands.
The CPI should change its name to CHINESE Party IN India. Its more worried about China rather than Indian populace. They never achieved any thing in their life except supporting the Chinese aggression on India. The birth place of communism failed to follow communism( soviet union). The communism is another name of nazi holocaust where everyone with some political capability is an enemy of communism. Let the govt not be dictated by a bunch of mongers who have never been in their heart did anything for common man but are harping and opposing everything.

It is already four months passed after submission of pay commission report to Union Govt. The inflation is already raised.UPA Govt won vote of confidence in the parliament. Now, Govt should not delay to sanction 6th CPC.- G.V.Ramana

This is very unfortunate that cpc has not been implemented as yet when only near about seven years remained for next pay commission. The market rates are hiking day by day and life of an employee has become a burden. it means the failure of the government. the employees should cry for the implementation of sixth pay commission as for as possible.

The UPA Govt. should sanction the 6th pay commission to all central govt. employees as Independence day gift for the year 2008. I hope UPA Govt. will satisfy the Central Govt. Employees

Cabinet met on 31 July 2008 and not discussed SPC. I heard cabinet referred SPC to finance commission for funds. Is it rumour? Now Govt is in a mood of next elections and allotting funds to welfare measures of poor people.Till this December we will not in a position to get SPC.

The govt. is doing so delay in sixth pay commission report. the scale which are shown in the table is very much lower for the catagory d & c. In new scale the starting scale must be minimum 10000/- or more. because the employees of category D & c do hard work and as per their work they can get the benefit. In this revised Scale we can say that the people who are poor they will become more poor and those who are rich they will become more rich . The govt. always says that please remove poorness and take the poor people up . but we think that govt. want to finish the poor people for the country.
In view of the above we are requesting that our Hor. P.M. & F. Minister must look deely into the matter by putting the hand on their heart that wheither it is right or not.

thanks
