6th pay commission latest urgent news

August 18: 6th pay commission is approved by cabinet, without any major changes in original sixth pay commission report. No change in grade pay announced.

Till yet govenment has not given hint for DA applicable for modified 6th pay commission report.

After Union Government its now the turn of various State Government. May states have announced the implementation of 6th Pay Commission in their respective states. UP, Haryana, Tamilnadu, West Bengal have already announced the implementation. It is hoped the majority of the states will announce the implementation this month itself.

THE MAIN PROBLEM WITH THE GOVT. SERVENT IS THIS HUGE ACT AND RULE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF ANY WORK ON FILE EACH & EVERY FILE HAVE NOS. OF NOTING FINAL ORDER TAKE LONG TIME & PUBLIC DONT KNOW THE PROCEDURE , AND DIRECT BLAME TO EMPLOYEE.

6 pay commission is set up by Govt. of India. Naturally it will take time as if the work in any Govt organisation. It is better to wait and watch. I hope so, FM wants (55 lakh famelies) vote bank to be in his favour in up-comming gen.elections. All the best guys may be...with swollen pockets.

It should be implemented at once. So many Central Govt. Employees are eagerly waiting for the time to come. In some cases, new joinings of children in various course is scheduled. The arrears, if any would be helpful for the employess to pay off the fees and other things. So Govt. may please consider it seriously and implement the CPC in June'2008.

It is being inordinate delay to implement the recommendations of the sixth pay commission. It is also apprehended to take more time.
The prices of essential commodities are soaring keeping pace with the rising and insurmountable inflation rate. The Central Govt. employees should be paid an Interim Relief to cope with the problem.

a fauji has neither a vote nor a note (paisa) so who cares abt the pay hike .they r dedicated & will remain so. let our FM ruin the image of our PM who also claims to be an economist. BJP only cares for fauj and will come back with absolute majority . so dont worry friends we faujis can live anyways happily & with dignity.let our bosses take care of us.this is a beginning of resentment. nation if doesnt understand the sacrifice of armyman will repent for long but we shd not allow this to occur.

The Govt infrastructure is enough strong to materialize/meet the demands and obligations of every personnel of any ministry, however, the Govt (means the selected big-hats) seeks it much difficult to pay the deserving wages to the employees although those so called big-hats are also the employees. suppose a minister is getting 18000 as basic pay and he is in possession of an asset worth Rs 1800000000 itself, how could he realise the pain and punch of escalated prices. He gets almost every basic aminity from his wellwishers free of cost (as a gift). Anyway, the Govt concludes the scale of wages to be bestow upon the employees on the basis of surveys conducted by the either ministries from time to time even though those departments have already enough routine errands to look after and these surveys are mostly ended up with the own desire of the surveyer besides about 99999999999999999999 papers are wasted there withal the manpower of even hours. Rest for next......

Now the ogvernment facing two major problems. One is signing the Nuclear Pact with USA. Communists are opposing it. Second is the rising Inflation rate. The situation is such that whether the govt. will complete its tenure or not. At this moment if the pay commmission is implemented there is no doubt that the Inflation rate will shoot furthter. At the same time if it is implemented, all the central governemnt employees will be very happy and Congress Govt. will bag the complete vote bank in the forthcoming elections.We have to wait and see what the govt. is going to do?

The present state of inflation has left the PBORs in the Defence Forces in complete misery, with expenses plummeting & income as meagre as before. The present cost of living, especially in Cities, along with cost of education for children is making the PBORs run into debts. It is even more shameful since many of the PBORs are very qualified, experienced and doing good work in their respective trades. The 6th Pay Commission is having a demoralising effect on all.

Every body talks about the hefty hike in the payment to the babus but has anybody seen the exact hike in the payment for the lower level employees in . There is a hike of 2.3 times in the Basic pay. but when u calculate. the gross salary is an increase of only2000-3000 from the present pay. And taking into account the present inflation and the money value index and the next pay commission might be set up only after 10 years, this increase will not sufficient even for a small family of 3. . and after the increase in pay all the employees come under the income tax Then where is the increase in the pay. then how can we expect the Govt officials to be clean.Even they have families to be looked after. Do any of the small time shopkeepers pay any tax and then politicians hike their allowances which do not come under any tax slabs, whereas we middle class Govt employees are taxed at source whith out any substantial hike

every one says including the media person the pay commision is going to award pay hike to the BABU's. this is nothing other than bull shitt. dose anyone knows what is the indian salary structure and has comparisoin with other country of the world as difference between highest and lowest is approx. 8.43 times in indian beaurocracy but when u see it in other countrys this is not more than 5 times. this is because when britishers came to india and ruled here they posted officer who belongs to England and remaining subordinate staff recruted from india itself. now think over it the empire who never allow an indian person to travel in first class how that empire will give salary to indian person even to thair people. and after indipendance our so cald inteligent and minded policy maker wont understood this thay just copied all the rules,regulations and salry structure and changed only titels as Govt.of India instead of Govt. of Great britain. in every pay commision this gap is increasing by atleast 2 or 3 times. yaar koi to dhayan do.

What is in the new recommendations, which is supposed to give by the group of secretary to GOI in the first week of July? Is it again the same format, which was earlier given by the 5 CPC?—A fresh new scale against each existing scale. IS TPT ALLOWNCE WILL BE GIVEN TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES WHO RESIDE 3 K.M. AWAY FROM THE OFFICE. Or what is going on…..

those who say that there is no need for a pay hike for govt employees, while making such comments pl give a thought about the defence forces personnel who can't go on strike like other people & show their dissatisfaction. It is not right to equate them with other govt employees b'coz there is a huge difference in the work culture and requirements between the two. You can't just give a vague statement that all govt employees are corrupt & don't work b'coz defence forces too constitute a part of of govt employees.

The Services Chief are recommending govt. not to equated the MNS officers with service officers as this will impact patient services. It is very bad as the MNS officers are discriminated in all fields by the Army even in wearing the uniform. A sweeper can wear Olive Green uniform whereas an MNS Officer can not wear it. How the patient care is properly looked after by the MNS Officers till now. This is a bad game being played by the Army Medical Officer to harm the MNS officers. Prakash Rao from Jabalpur

In Sixth Pay Commission,Senior Auditor and Divisional Accountant related to CAG is same rank but why only Divisional Accountant basic has been increased from Rs 5500-9000 to Rs 6500. this is not good for Sr. Auditor.please increase the basic of Sr. Auditor also.

PEOPLE SAY THAT 6TH PAY COMMISSION IS NOT GIVING MUCH.DEFENCE AND PARAMILITARY LOWER CADRE IS DISCHARGING DUTIES AT THE COST OF THEIR LIFE(i,e TO SAY 2000/- PER MONTH EXTRA AND SENIOR LEVEL FOR RS 6000/- ONLY.) It is learnt from anonymous sources that CoS has submitted its report to PM on 28th July, 2008 and it is most likely to be approved in CCEA meeting to be held on 31st July, 2008. So, Cheers...

It will still take time as the pay commisiion is meant for millions of employees of central govt.Had such report is for parliamentarian it would have implemented on the very day of the discussion in house.Why pay commision should not be implemented ? let the govt crack down on the inflation rate, we would not demand any pay commision.

If the MPs/Minister increase their salary in Parliament House within five minutes. Why should the takeing three years time for increase of salary of Govenrment employee. It is not a fair. The all Government employee are aspected the 6th CPC will implement very soon.

it seems everybody is blaming either the FM, the Govt., the general public and worst still the govt. employees. one should remember a system works not in isolation but as a whole.
keeping in mind the hike in prices, Dearness Allowance should not be freezed even if the pay revision is delayed. i hope the heavy investment in the confidence motion was to keep govt. in power so that when price hike stabilizes, UPA takes the credit of pay revision

I am getting phone from Bank kindly get incresed your EMI of home loan at the earliest because the EMI is not sufficient to even pay the interest, the loan is becoming never lasting..
I am having eye on 6th CPC to answer the bank people but ..

The central government should decide immediately for implementation of 6th cpc due to the inflation rates of indian money. The medium class of employees including lower paid are very much suffering due to skyrocketng rates of commodities.
Whether the government will response this pain for the classes of central govt.employees ??

We are very thanful to the govt. that they have declare the 6th pay commission timely. I am sorry but this is fact that there is so much distance in pay scale of nonteaching and teaching staff. One one side present Govt. always says that we will finish garibi from our country. But I think that govt. is not finishing the garibi they are finishing the garib peoples. Always the middle class family or those who are below the garibi rakha always face the problem for daily use items. the prices are increasing day by day. In this condition what the people do and how they live. Another thing is that the Rich person is becomeing richer and richer day by day and garib is becomeing garib day by day.It is request that govt must look into this matter deeply.

6th cpc has recommended as 1st Jul Increment and 31st Dec retirtement. Whereas Govt has accepted only increment for 1st Jul. They should have given increment date as 1st Jan so that those who get their increment in the months of Feb, Mar, Apr, May & Jun will also be benefitted. Kindly reconcile and give necessary orders so that all employees will get the benefit.

i just would like to put in the general forum about the cruel descrimination shown towards the MNS officers regarding the sixth pay commission.Why are we not central govt employees tht it is not applied for us..If you come to a hospital set up you can always appreciate the work of a military nurse.They remain in the ward for 24 hours and monitor patients and whenever anything goes wrong they inform the doctors who just come and give a flying visit only once in the morning rounds. they always depend and count on nurses but when it comes to the welfare of a military nurse they are concidered as not an important part of the hospital organization. why so?Rank pay is already not appilcable to them. Now military service pay is also less in their case giving a senceless reason that they are not meant for combat duties.For that matter no medical officer is also authorised for that,becoz wherever they are posted even the nursing officers are posted and where they are meant for the combat duties.It looks so silly that these medical officers are after the payment of MNS officers. What are they scared of?In one of the magazine army cheif has made a comment tht hike in payment of a nursing officer would indirectly affect the patient care .What is the explanation for it,i am not able to catch it.other than just mechanically doing the injection medication ,there are lot of other work which we shoulder as a military nurse which we are always proud of.somebody has questioned our knowledge levels even in this issue.i would like remind them that we also do a 4and half year course and get a bachelors degree there after we do a lot of ubdate course and specialisation in different fields like neuro,paediatrics,cardiothoracic,renal,psychiatric and also post graduation.so nobody can challenge our knowledge level.after all i also would like to say our doctor collegues that they dont have to be scared that one fine day after getting the recommended sixth pay commiision payment we will hijack the position of a doctor,No we have the knowledge and sence to be what we are.Each one of us are desired to be a nurse which we are always proud of.They dont have to be scarted of the anticipating identity crisis.i also would like to say that nursing is not a profession which has to be looked down.has anybody thought about what it takes to be a nurse to be noble,humble, kind ,polite be empathetical,caring etc.you have to have all these to be a nurse.everybody cant be a nurse.everytime if we are downgraded like this the no good lady will ever come forward for this profession.let me ask you will you not require an ideal lady with all above mnentioned quality or the way doctors have downgraded us it looks we are from gutter that we dont desrve anything good in this world.india is a patriarchial country and with male dominant system. i am sure if male nurses were more, these issue would not have been like this burning becoz it is a female core it happens and we are supposed to gulp everything what is pressed up on us.If nursing is a low level profession why are our counterparts concidered as equal to the doctors in US and UK.Are they insane?I am sure they are in thier sences.Nurses are concidered as nurse practionioner ther and they also command a unit in that place. With lot of good quality we have joined this noble profession .it is sad to see that our doctor friends are not able to apreciate that.Leaving our family and lot of comfort we dedicate ourselves to the profession and my humble request is to please look in the reality and do not critisise and demoralise us like this. Other core lady officers are always pampered and given lot of facility which we dont get and still we are so in dependent and stable unlike them.Atlast i would like to conclude that we are the noblest and best an d we will remain like that.

you are talking about the MSP regarding Nsg Offrs. but what about the PBORs? Is the officer's combat duties more strenous than the PBORS and yours? if is than how please explain if not then why the difference in MSP which should have been equal and everybody knows what sort of duties u do in the Hospital. Even I am a Medical Assistant dont tell me that u do all work in the hospital and dont tell that u people are posted in all places where the medical officers are posted. Only Nursing Assistants and Medical Assistants are posted or go on detachement. Do U people go to operational units on detachment. please do not crib about the MSP. MSP is already overpaid for U people then the Nsg Assts and Med Assts. So be happy with what you have got.

you expessed your supressed feelings against army doctor because you are forgetting that you atr to nurse the injured soldier rather than prooving yourself to be akin to doctor and getting work done from either nursing assistant or aya or ambulance assistant .you do just distribute medicine that also not correctly .So analyse yourself first then demand if you deserve.
